Hey Cousin Russ, could you explain the differences between Residence Facts and Address Facts in FTM? Should I enter both for each census record? I appreciate the help!
Rebecca - I guess it depends. I can only tell you how I use FTM2024. When a Record states the the person resided in a location, usually down to the city level, that would be a Residence Fact. That would include a Census record.
Now that same census record or Obit might also have an address. I include that information in the Address Fact.
I mark ALL Address facts as Private.
This allows me to take full advantage of the Map features.
