Darn, Russ, you are doing a GREAT job of going into the intricacies of FTM ... now, can you please clone yourself and do the same for RootsMagic? :-) I'm a member of the RM community and bow to the expertise of Bruce Buzbee, but sure wish I had you in the mix, too.

Pat Richley-Erickson I think that some of the reason there has been no community set up is that the FHUG website owner has been too busy and nobody else wants to step in and do anything as she is so knowledgeable.
ReplyDeleteThere has been discussion on the mailing list and I am sure that there is already a willing group of individuals to help out. I have started a blog post to discuss how we may better use software in MGP as I have started to explore the options that are already there but not used. I may try some hangouts to share on my blog what Russ has been doing for Family Tree Maker.
