When I tried to replicate this on my FTM2017 build 1343, Windows 10, in the person tab I'm missing the media and note tabs on the right hand side. Are you using the FTM 2017 Mac version, or the FTM 2017 Windows version?
Debbie Pelletier - Check Tools, Options, General. You need to select those two items to see them
