FTM2014 - Child Attached to the Wrong Parents

Have a family with a Father with 4 children and a wife. New documentation shows that he was actually married twice, and that the 4th child was actually from the 2nd marriage. 

How to Correct this? 

Key words are Detach" from the incorrect relationship and *Attach to the correct relationship.
