  1. Great review. I don't always do that good a job.

  2. Molly McKinley - but at least you try. I am guessing that most folk don't use the template feature at all.

    Thank you,

  3. Thank you, Russ. I did see a place where I need to Tweak my reference note. This step by step format helps me better understand how to transfer the Ancestry or other site source information and citation to FTM2014. Looking forward to using the new version when available.

I need to go back and find your video on how your research and add to your FTM Tree from FTM program.

You should NOT edit the Reference Note except to add the " : accessed dd mmm yyyy" information. You need to edit the Citation Detail field. If you include the Citation Note, then you can also edit that. But NOT the Reference Note.

It can get reset or you may have to reset it.

I will do more of these.

I have also blogged about this specific area before (Citation Details and Citation Text)

There will be NO changes in this area in FTM2017 from what I can tell. The changes will at least in my earlier blog post about FTM2017. (4 new features)

  5. Russ, Thank you for the reminder. It was the Citation details that needed adjustment. Great job.
